  • 3 pound cold beef chuck
  • 3 cups beef stock

  • 1 cube bouillon

  1. Season the steak with 3 tablespoons salt all over. Let it to settle at room temperature for an hour. Squash the garlic cloves, then cut the onions into six pieces and the carrots and celery into thick long slices. Next, in a separate dish, combine the garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder.
